Onboarding for personal training starts with a FREE 15 minute consultation call and a discounted, 2 session package @ $270. After this package expires, clients must opt in for a membership to continue.
Memberships hold you accountable to stay consistent and see those huge improvements! They also allow me to offer better prices compared to drop ins and packages.
Details On Home Programing
The purpose of home programming is to allow clients to make improvements at home, in between sessions. The way it works is after each session, I send my client home with a customized program based on what we worked on in person, which includes hyperlinked videos and sets/reps. In order to opt into home programming, a client must also purchase at least two or three Ultimate Sandbags (please budget $175-$275). This option is great for clients who feel self motivated and want to get the best outcome possible.
What If You Don’t Want Home Programming?
If you have trouble staying motivated to workout at home or just don’t like working out at home, no problem! It’s not required. However, if this is you I recommend the gold membership.

As soon as you have any training membership, you can do discounted massage therapy drop ins at my membership rate ($160 vs $210).
