Waitlist Terms And Conditions

Appointments are given on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you have an appointment within 48 hours, accepting a waitlist opening does NOT allow you to cancel your existing appointment without penalty.
Accepting a waitlist appointment does not change the status of any other appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a future appointment, you are responsible for doing so. You can either do that online or ask me in person to explicitly “cancel” a future appointment. No cancellations through text message please.
If you attempt to claim an appointment, I will let you know as soon as possible to let you know if you claimed it first. If I do not respond, please assume somebody claimed the spot first.
Please respond to waitlist texts ONLY if you’d like the appointment slot mentioned. This is not for chit-chat.

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 2pm-6:30pm
